Delivery Policy

How long will my order take to deliver?

  • Delivery is expected between 2-3 days, although please allow for potential delays.
  • If you have not received your order in 5 days, then please contact our customer support team who will be happy to help.

Where do you ship to?

  • We offer free worldwide shipping, shipped from the UK.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • *For some international destinations, delivery may take longer than 2 weeks (Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Mexico, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Costa Rica, Turkey). Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs & clearing processes that make it longer.

When will I receive order tracking information?

  • We try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
  • You will receive tracking information within 48hrs, which will be sent to you via email.
  • If you can't find it after this duration, please email us at brain-boost@outlook.com for an update on your tracking.

Where is my order confirmation email?

  • Once you have placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided.
  • If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder before contacting our Customer Care Team.

What do I do if my order is missing?

  • All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please Contact Us at brain-boost@outlook.com.

My item arrived broken or damaged what can I do?

  • If your product is damaged then please take photos & a video, send them to brain-boost@outlook.com. We will arrange a new shipment in 24hrs. 

Can I cancel or change my order?

  • We always try our best to cancel your order if you'd like us to, however, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot cancel your order.
  • If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes if your order hasn't already been shipped. Once your order has been shipped we will not be able to change the order.

IMPORTANT: Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given & cancellation options are offered.
